A legal agreement between us and you that governs your use of this website.
By accessing or using ModVault (the "Site") and our related products and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and ModVault ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree with these legal terms, you are welcome to leave the website and cease all use of the service(s) we provide.
1. User Eligibility and Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (2) you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (generally 18 years or older); (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
2. Educational & Intended Use Policy
The software, tools, and information provided by ModVault are distributed strictly for educational purposes, software analysis, and offline testing environments. We do not advocate or support the use of our software to disrupt online multiplayer environments or maliciously bypass security measures. The user assumes all legal and financial responsibility for how they choose to utilize the software.
3. Reseller Disclaimer and User Responsibility
We act solely as a provider and/or authorized reseller of software license keys and are not necessarily the original developer or operator of the underlying software architectures.
The purchase of a license key does not grant the right to use the associated software in any or all games, platforms, or environments. Compatibility and functionality may change at any time without prior notice.
The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the software complies with the terms of service (TOS) and End User License Agreements (EULA) of any third-party game, platform, or service.
Jurisdictional Legality: The legality of using game modification software varies by jurisdiction. In some countries, including but not limited to South Korea and Japan, the use, distribution, or possession of such software may be restricted or prohibited by law. The purchase of a license key does not constitute a representation that its use is legal in the buyer's jurisdiction.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user, you strictly agree not to:
Decipher, decompile, disassemble, crack, or reverse-engineer any of the software comprising or making up a part of the Services.
Sell, rent, sub-license, share, or otherwise transfer your profile, license keys, or accounts with third parties.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services or the software.
Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or for any commercial revenue-generating endeavor.
Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees, agents, or other users.
Provide our software files or loaders to anti-cheat organizations, game developers, or digital rights management entities for analysis.
5. Purchases, Payments, and Taxes
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, and refuse any order placed through the Services. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. If you send cryptocurrency to an incorrect wallet address, we are not liable and will not issue a replacement or refund.
6. Refunds and Replacements
All sales are strictly final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances unless explicitly determined by ModVault management.
Before making a purchase, you are responsible for confirming that the product works for your machine's hardware and operating system.
We will not issue a refund or replacement for software-related issues beyond our control, including but not limited to: game updates, anti-cheat patches, hardware incompatibility, or user error.
7. Fraudulent Payments, Disputes, and Chargebacks
Fraudulent payments, chargebacks, and payment disputes are not tolerated. If we suspect you of committing fraud or initiating an illegitimate dispute via your payment provider:
Your license key(s) and account access will be terminated immediately and permanently.
You will be permanently banned from the Site and our communication networks.
We reserve the right to dispute any illegitimate chargebacks using your digital footprint, usage data, and communications as evidence.
8. In-Game Suspensions and Bans
ModVault is not liable for any in-game suspensions, account bans, hardware ID (HWID) bans, or loss of virtual currencies/items that may occur as a result of using our software. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept this risk entirely. No refund shall be issued in the event of an account suspension or ban.
9. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Modvault respects the intellectual property rights of others. We do not distribute, host, or sell copyrighted game files, proprietary source code, or internal assets belonging to any game developer or publisher. ModVault is completely unaffiliated with, and not endorsed by, any game developers or publishers. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties (AS-IS)
THE SERVICES AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNDETECTED, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitations of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LEGAL CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Services; (2) your breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of third-party EULAs or Terms of Service; or (4) violations of applicable law in your jurisdiction.
13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising from the relationships between the Parties to these Legal Terms shall be determined exclusively through binding arbitration. Class Action Waiver: The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. There is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures.
14. Electronic Communications & Modifications
You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue the Services or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
